2021 marks 10 years of The Bangkok Cleaning Company’s uncompromising standards of service in Residential and Commercial Cleaning of Luxury Properties.

Our mission has always been to build a progressive and innovative brand that is founded on quality and pragmatic solutions.  Proven through strong, long-term partnerships with our clients and the dedication of our team, we have created a business that prides itself on intelligent solutions through the use of technology, product knowledge, and our ability to adapt to the changing landscapes of our client’s environments.

Founded by Mellissa Marfell, TBCC was the manifestation of her personal desire to provide employees with resources, empowerment, and opportunity in the workplace; enabling them to break the glass ceilings of their environment through personal and professional development and accountability.

With a track record of successfully impacting business growth metrics, as well as personal and professional achievements and honors, on 29th June 2020 Mellissa Marfell was accepted into Forbes Business Council, an invitation-only networking community for successful business owners and leaders worldwide.

Incorporated in 2011, right from the beginning we were committed to our long-term vision to become the most prestigious cleaning company in Thailand. In 2012, TBCC developed and expanded its cleaning services from residential to commercial buildings. This was followed in 2015 by securing the tenders for Service Agreements in Bangkok with multiple leading international fashion brands.

From 2016 we expanded to offer premium hospitality services to restaurants and malls. We also developed our business into the Luxury Residential and Hotel market securing contracts with what is considered as Bangkok’s most prestigious address, The Ritz-Carlton Residences. Our diverse portfolio also included Park Hyatt, 137 Pillars Suites & Residences, Sindhorn Residences, and Windshell Naradhiwas.

Ritz-Carlton Residences’ satisfaction with our cleaning services led to us expanding our services to include – general administration, residential concierge, cleaning and laundry services, property inspections, and property maintenance.

With our proven track record of success, The Country Group Development awarded us with the Service Agreement for the Chao Phraya Estate, Four Seasons Residences, and the Capella Hotel. We continued this growth within our Luxury Residential portfolio with the addition of Siam Sindhorn Group and Windshell Narathiwas Residences.

As a response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we pivoted our focus to become the thought leaders of the cleaning industry with superior and tangible solutions to the coronavirus prevention and control of the coronavirus enabling our clients to minimize the negative impacts.

We have been certified with The Department of Health’s E-Certificate for our cleaning and hygiene standards and peace-of-mind of our clients, we also provide EPA registered Cleaning & Disinfectant Services.

TBCC was provided with a scholarship by Kimberly-Clark Professional to participate in Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) Fundamentals Online Course: Microbial Warrior Workshop. This program provided critical training on infectious disease prevention and control measures in all industries.

We are now institutionally recognized as a member of The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association (ISSA), and the first in Thailand to initiate a GBAC STAR™ Service Accreditation.

TBCC has a team of proficient specialists in Stone Care Restoration and Maintenance with expertise in restoration, maintenance, sealing, and film protection application of natural stones. Our team was advised and trained by the internationally recognized Consultant T.S Tan of Master Resources.
